CONSULTATION

Gradient Backdrop_edited.jpg

A 45-90 min meeting or video call designed to explore problems, generate action & inspire ideas

Gradient Backdrop_edited.jpg

Before consultation:

  • You decide the focus: the whole picture, or a few areas/problems

  • I do a pre-session review of general comms and anything you've asked me to look at

Gradient Backdrop_edited.jpg

During consultation:

  • I keep things two-way and interactive - usually planning 1 activity that will help to draw out ideas or thoughts

After consultation:

  • You get a detailed summary with immediately implementable actions

RETAINER

Gradient Backdrop_edited.jpg

The reason I work on monthly retainer rather than day rate is that fixed days per week are rarely the most productive setup.

Gradient Backdrop_edited.jpg

For example, social media benefits from a few hours dispersed across the week, while press relations demands intense focus over a few consecutive days.

Gradient Backdrop_edited.jpg

A monthly fixed rate gives us both flexibility to prioritise deliverables over hours.

Each retainer agreement will start with deciding 1-2 main focuses of my role. but it also means I'm on hand for other general communications things that come up.

General price guide

Pricing is negotiated based on your finances and the work I will be doing for you. After you get in touch, I will send a quote which is informed by your annual turnover and the hours and complexity of work I anticipate. Feel free to mention what you are willing to spend in your contact form, email or chat.

What tier am I?

You might not fit neatly into one category, and I particularly understand that with charities who have restricted/unrestricted funding streams and project allocations, high turnover doesn't equal disposable cash. However, the tiers give a useful idea of overall resources, scale and capacity — adjusted where needed once I know the specifics of your organisation.
